Welcome In 1989 Genevieve Chornenki started helping people and organizations resolve disputes outside the court system using what is now known as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). Based in Toronto, Canada, her services include mediation, adjudication, independent complaint handling and customized training. She also helps organizations refine their dispute resolution practices. Genevieve is co-author of Bypass Court: A Dispute Resolution Handbook. In 1999 she received the first ADR Award of Excellence from the Ontario Bar Association and in 2000 an Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of Toronto. She holds a masters degree in ADR.
